Get Involved

STT hosts a number of volunteers and interns and we value their contribution to our work. Volunteers can get involved in STT’s work in one of a number of different ways:

International Volunteers: STT currently has links with Star Kampuchea and Engineers Without Borders (Australia). We also welcome queries from individuals. Minimum length of placement with the organisation is usually 6 months.

Research Students: Masters or PhD students looking for a base in Cambodia with a local NGO involved in these issues. We can provide contacts and links for research in return for technical assistance within a growing research programme.

Local Interns: local students or recent graduates have the opportunity to join STT for relevant work experience and learning about urban poor issues.

You can also get involved by making a donation to STT: STT welcomes any contributions although we reserve the right to refuse support. For more information please e-mail us at

Could I have the feed-back – questionnaires form for STT report “Urban Poor Women’s Stories and Collateral Damage….” in any? I received from STT only in Khmer version and we need to translate it to our Supervisor.
