Sahmakum Teang Tnaut’s main office is in Phnom Penh and there is a small field office in Kampot.
The main executive body is the Core Management Team (CMT) which comprises of;
Ee Sarom (Advocacy Programme Manager) Sarom is also currently acting as the STT Representative which is a revolving position. His home province is Battambang and after working with Veterans International in Kratie for many years, joined STT in April 2009.
Meas Kim Seng (Technical Programme Manager) Seng is one of the founders of STT and was its initial Coordinator before the setting up of the CMT. His hometown is Battambang and he graduated from RUFA in Architecture and Planning in 1999. From 1999-2005 he worked with the Urban Resource Centre (URC) in Phnom Penh before setting up the STT office in 2005.
Nora Lindstrom (Phnom Penh Advisor) Nora studied International Relations and Economics at the University of St Andrews in Scotland, and Development Studies at the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS) in London. Before moving to Cambodia in 2007 to take up a position with an NGO working with acid violence, she did youth and community work in Wales. Nora is Finnish (though her mother tongue is Swedish as she is always quick to point out!) and she joined STT in early 2009
Hallam Goad (Kampot Advisor) Hallam worked with Seng in setting up the office in 2005 and was previously with URC 1997-2000. He trained as a Landscape Architect at Edinburgh University and has worked professionally in both Kuala Lumpur (Aspinwall Clouston) and in London (Groundwork). He is British and is based in the Kampot field office.
Project Officers: there are currently 5 Project Officers and Junior Project Officers
Student Volunteers: there are approximately 5 volunteers working part time with STT
International Volunteers:
Chris Landvogt (Mapping/GIS) is being sponsored by Engineers without Borders (Australia) to work with STT for 12 months and has already proven himself invaluable with the Railways project. In June 2010 Giacomo Butte, an Italian architect and Kasia Kujawa from Poland will be joining STT for 3-6 months.
Advisory Board: STT has a Board which has met quarterly since 2006. It currently has 4 members who have recently updated the Constitution.
