On 10 Frebruary 2017, Sahmakum Teang Tnaut, People in Need, Open Institute, and UPWD conducted project orientation with local authorities at Sangkat Chak Angre Leu with a purpose of introducing Human Right Based Spatial Planninng and its benefit that requires cooperation from the authority.
Human Right Based Spatial Planning is a three-year project funded by the European Union and Czech Republic, which target areas on Chrang Chamres and Boeng Tompun for promoting and strengthening land security for vulnerable groups in Cambodia.
