In the morning of January 5, more than 100 people, including monks, community members and CSOs rallied outside Phnom Penh Court to call for the release of 19 human rights activists who are currently detained by the government. In particular, the group gathered to support four community activists from Boeung Chouk, including Khiev Chanda who was summoned this morning to Phnom Penh Court.
