គម្រោង បច្ចេកវិទ្យា គមនាគមន៍ និងព័ត៌មានវិទ្យា (អាយស៊ីធី) នៅខែនេះ បានរៀបចំវគ្គបណ្តុះ បណ្តាលចំនួនពីរលើក ក្នុងគោលបំណងដើម្បីពង្រឹកជំនាញរបស់សកម្មជនសហគមន៍ ក្នុងការប្រើប្រាស់កុំព្យូទ័រ ទូរស័ព្ទឆ្លាតវៃ អ៊ិនធ័រណិត និងកម្មវិធីផ្សេងៗទៀតនៅលើអ៊ិនធ័រណិត ដោយសុវត្ថិភាព។
នៅវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលលើកទី១ ដែលបានធ្វើនៅថ្ងៃទី ២២ ខែឧសភា អ្នកចូលរួមបានបានសិក្សាអំពី អ៊ិនធ័រណិត ដោយផ្តោតសំខាន់ទៅលើនិយមន័យ ប្រវត្តិ សារៈប្រយោជន៍ដែលអាចមាននៅលើអនឡាញ និងវិធីដែលមានប្រសិទ្ធភាពក្នុងការស្រាវជ្រាវ ។ វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលលើកទីពីរ បានរៀបចំនៅថ្ងៃទី ៣០ ខែ ឧសភា ដែលបានផ្តោតទៅលើអ៊ីមែល និយមន័យ ការប្រើប្រាស់ និងរបៀបបង្កើតគណនេយ្យដោយត្រឹមត្រូវ និងគ្រប់គ្រងអាស័យដ្ឋានអ៊ីមែល ។ អ្នកចូលរួម នៃគម្រោង បច្ចេកវិទ្យា គមនាគមន៍ និងព័ត៌មានវិទ្យា (អាយស៊ីធី) មកពីសហគមន៍ក្រីក្រផ្សេងគ្នា ក្នុងទីក្រុងភ្នំពេញ ហើយភាគច្រើន មិនធ្លាប់បានប្រើប្រាស់អ៊ិនធ័រណិត កុំព្យូទ័រ ឬមិនមានឱកាសដើម្បីរៀនអំពីកម្មវិធីស្តង់ដារ ដូចជាអ៊ីមែលនេះទេ ។
គោលបំណងជាទូទៅរបស់គម្រោង អាយស៊ីធី គឺផ្តល់វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលទៅកាន់សកម្មជនសហគមន៍ លើរបៀបប្រើប្រាស់កុំព្យូទ័រ ទូរស័ព្ទឆ្លាតវៃ និងប្រព័ន្ធផ្សព្វផ្សាយសង្គមដោយមានប្រសិទ្ធភាព ដើម្បីពង្រឹងចំណេះដឹងរបស់ពួកគេ គាំទ្រសិទ្ធមនុស្ស និងបញ្ហាដីធ្លីដោយមានប្រសិទ្ធភាព នៅក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ។
This month the ICT project conducted two training sessions in order to strengthen the skills of community activists by securing their access to computers, smartphone, the internet, and other online tools.
On the first session, held May 22nd, participants learned about the Internet, with a focus on its definition, history, useful tools that are available online, and effective search engine methods. The second session, held on May 30th, focused on E-mail services; its definition, uses, and how to properly create and manage an E-mail address. The participants of the ICT project come from urban poor settlements in Phnom Penh, and many do not have access to the internet, computers or otherwise have the opportunity to learn about standard services such as E-mail.
The overall goal of the ICT Project is to offer training courses to community activists on how to effectively use computers, smartphones and social media to strengthen their knowledge and effectively advocate for human rights and land issues in Cambodia.
