On 09th December 2015,
STT team visited Chrang Chomres community that have 4 villages, which consisted of 34 families, such as Khor Village, located in Chrang Chomres 2 commune, and Mouy, Pi, and Bey Village in Chrang Chomres 1 commune, Reuseykeo District, Phnom Penh. This is a part of “Human Rights Based Spatial Planning,” a tool for promoting tenure security for the most vulnerable and marginalized group. This morning, STT team delivered zinc, 662 pieces in total, to assist people for housing construction that is a part of improving a community. Each village received :
- Khor Village, Chrang Chomres 2 commune received totally zinc 303 (13 Families)
- Muoy Village, Chrang Chomres 1 commune received totally zinc 135 (9 Families)
- Pi Village, Chrang Chomres 1 commune received totally zinc 105 (6 Families)
- Bey Village, Chrang Chomres 1 commune received totally zinc 119 (9 Families)
This distribution is part of Human Rights Based Spatial Planning project which founded by European Union and Czech Republic and implemented by People In Need (PIN) and Sahmakum Teang Tnaut (STT) in purpose of strengthening land tenure security through promoting public awareness for the most vulnerable and marginalized groups in Cambodia.
